Q: How do I know if I am a Premier policyholder?
A: You can check your policy number at the top of your policy document. If the middle number is 06, 07, 08, 09, 12, 13, 31, 32, 33, 34, 25 or 85 you are most likely a Premier policyholder.
Q: I am a Premier policyholder; when will I get a registration code?
A: We are rolling out the new customer portal to select groups across the country. Email invites will be sent to the primary accountholder contact with multiple reminders.
Q: How do I become a Premier policyholder?
A: Eligibility is based on state approved filings and current policy effective date. Once eligible, we will contact you and transition your policy to the new Premier product.
