Church Mutual Broker/Specialty Markets Division

Church Mutual partners with elite brokers and agencies that specialize in one or more of our niche markets in all states except California, Montana, Nevada and Hawaii. We work with brokers and agencies to insure:

  • Houses of worship and religiously affiliated schools with current account premium of $25,000 and greater. (In Florida, only for workers' compensation and there is no premium threshold.)
  • Private schools for workers' compensation and commercial auto with current premium of $25,000 and greater.
  • Public schools for workers' compensation and commercial auto with current premium of $25,000 and greater. Not yet available in all states.
  • Camps and conference centers without a minimum premium threshold.
  • Assisted living facilities (including memory care), retirement centers and senior independent apartments. There is no premium threshold, but facility must have at least 20 residents.
  • Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC). Skilled care component must be 20 percent with a minimum of 100 residents. Monoline facilities can be written (minimum of 100 residents) for GL/PL/WC. No monoline auto or property.
